At GiftMyMusic, our goal is to create personalized music that perfectly matches your expectations. Customer satisfaction is our top priority – which is why we offer a flexible, customer-focused revision process.

🔁 Revisions & Adjustments
Each order includes up to three free revisions to ensure your song turns out exactly the way you envision it.
These revisions allow you to modify specific elements such as:

  • Melody

  • Lyrics

  • Sound atmosphere

❗ However, the changes must not completely alter the entire structure of the original creation.

If you're still not satisfied after the third revision, we’ll work with you directly to find the best possible solution.

💸 Refund Policy
A refund is only possible if you are still not satisfied with the final result after the three included revisions. The following conditions apply:

  • Refunds are not possible if the song has already been approved and used.

  • Refund requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the final version.

  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work already completed by our artists.

⚠️ Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following cases:

  • Abusive or repeated requests without clear justification.

  • Major changes to the original order after the first delivery (e.g., complete change of style).

  • Failure to meet the refund request deadline.
