📄 Terms of Sale – GiftMyMusic

1. Purpose

GiftMyMusic offers a service for creating custom-made music on demand.
Each song is unique and created based on the information provided by the customer at the time of the order.

2. Ordering Process

The customer fills out a form and provides all necessary information (first name, occasion, music style, personal message, etc.).

Once the order is confirmed and payment has been received, our team begins producing the song within 24 hours.

Delivery is made via email through a download link sent to the address provided by the customer.

3. Delivery Times

Songs are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours of ordering.

During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be extended in exceptional cases. If so, the customer will be informed by email.

4. Revisions

Each order includes up to three free revisions.

These allow for adjustments to the lyrics, melody, or mood – without completely changing the structure of the song.

Revision requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the version.

5. Refunds

A refund may only be requested after the three free revisions, if the customer is still not satisfied.

No refund will be issued if the song has been approved or used.

Refunds may be partial, depending on the amount of work already completed.

Refund requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the final version.

6. Usage & Copyright

The customer may use the song freely for private or personal purposes.

Any commercial use, public distribution, or resale is prohibited without prior written permission.

GiftMyMusic reserves the right to use anonymous excerpts of the created songs for promotional purposes (unless the customer explicitly objects).

7. Liability

GiftMyMusic is not responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

• Non-delivery of emails if the address was incorrect or if the message ends up in the spam folder.
